You haven't got the size/colour I want!

For retail customers, everything we have available is listed in our store. If you cannot find it, then unfortunately, this will mean we don't have it, sorry! The good news is we get new styles & product ranges all the time.

For wholesale and sourcing customers, please complete the relevant wholesale or sourcing contact form and let us know what you need.

Do you offer size charts for your products?

Where applicable, size guides are included on each listing and can be found within the product images.

I made a mistake on my order - Help!

No problem! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can amend the details for you if you contact us via email. If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes. However, you can return the unused item to us for a refund when you receive them.

If the address you have given us is incorrect and the item has already been shipped, we are unable to replace or resend the item until it is returned to us via the ‘Return to Sender’ procedure of the postal service used. 

How will I know when my order has been processed?

When your order has been processed we’ll send you an email to let you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add info@fanoriginals.com to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!

What is your returns policy?

For retail customers, we offer 30 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our site. You can claim a full refund or exchange on any items returned to us in original packaging/tags within this time frame. For full details of our Delivery and Returns policy please click here

For our wholesale and sourcing customers, please get in touch with your account manager with any issues with your order.

My item is faulty - what do I do?

On rare occasions an item that is well packaged may turn out to be faulty. If this is the case then please contact us immediately. It often helps if you attach a photograph, which you can do via email. We will then advise the next course of action.

Do you offer a next day Guaranteed service?

YES, for our retail customers and within the UK only. Please see the Delivery & Returns section for full information, and select the Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed option on checkout. 

For our wholesale and sourcing customers, delivery times and costs will be advised on checkout, depending on size of order.

Do you offer combined shipping?

UK orders are delivered free of charge but should be combined using the ‘Add to basket’ facility.

Overseas customers shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the value of the order being placed. 

What is sourcing?

You might be looking for an item to match your club or company colours and branding. Our team can help with sourcing bespoke products just for you.

What steps can I follow to become a wholesale or sourcing Fan Originals customer?

What types of products can I source through Fan Originals?

Whilst we specialise in the products showcased and available to purchase on this site, we are able to source a wide range of other supporter or promotional items featuring your colours and logo.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or sourcing purchases?

This will vary product by product and will be agreed with your account manager.

Can you help with custom designs and branding?

YES, our in-house graphic design team will work with you in providing CAD drawings for your approval.

What is the typical lead time for wholesale or sourcing orders?

Wholesale orders are usually turned round within 3 working days. Sourced items can take longer dependent on the items in question, quantity required, shipping methods used etc. Your account manager will advise on the process.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

All bulk order requests will be considered. Please enquire via the sourcing or wholesale contact form.

How does pricing and payment work for your wholesale and sourcing services?

Your account manager will advise on all prices before orders are placed. Payments can be taken online or via BACS bank transfer.

Can I place recurring wholesale orders for my business?

Once an account has been opened, you will be able to make recurring purchases online.

Can I track the progress of my sourcing and wholesale Fan Originals order?

All lead times, dispatch notifications and relevant tracking information will be issued as your order progresses through the system.

Do you offer international shipping for wholesale or sourcing orders?

Yes, we already ship worldwide and will be happy to accommodate any international requests.
